    Deep Core

    (75 minutes)

    A deep, slow class designed to open you and de-stress you on every level. An intense warm up prepares you for long, deep floor stretches to realign, resolve and release.

    The deepest stretch out there. For the burned out, unfit, injured or those who want to take the time to stretch the parts other classes do not reach. This is a class created with a chilled out vibe that focuses on deep realignment, tailored instruction and correct form. Still a challenging workout, but with more time to master the building blocks of a great yoga practice, Core provides the signature calorie burning workout and core poses with more emphasis on slow deep stretches, correct technique and breath. More experienced yoga aficionados can let go, work deeply and de-stress. Brand newbies or those working with injuries can take advantage of the slower pace and correction by the teacher to build confidence and skill.

    NB: Everyone is advised to do Core once or twice a week to remind the body of correct alignment, deep breathing, continuously work on deep-seated musculo-skeletal issues and to totally de-stress.

    Classic

    (90 minutes) 39 poses

    Our traditional hot yoga class.

    The Classic brings deep alignment, stamina-building, strength and flexibility. A great whole body workout. Based on Michele’s 19 years experience teaching hot yoga, the class brings you a chance to try some pose variations, expand your yoga experience and have fun, in a no-frills, motivating style. Suitable for all ages and levels from the unfit to the experienced. Be prepared to sweat.

    Fierce Grace

    (80 - 90 minutes)

    The 49 Steps to peak fitness and health.
    Our challenging but user-friendly general level class, with hip openers, upper body strength, bum toners and core stability for a fully rounded workout.

    A fun and expanded general level class working 100% of the body, this class combines the central poses of classical hatha yoga, Bikram, Power and Ashtanga Yoga and is designed to bring peak fitness, strength, flexibility and alignment. Working arms, core and bum, combined with deep hip, shoulder and leg stretches, this class will help you gain cardiovascular fitness, stamina and flexibility while realigning your skeletal system. Performed to relaxing music to help you get out of your mind and in tune with your body, it is eighty minutes with an optional ten minutes relaxation/meditation. Be prepared to work hard and sweat. All levels.

    Fierce a.k.a. The Beast

    (1hr 45 minutes)

    A user-friendly Intermediate / Advanced class.

    Learn the developments of the poses you have learned in the other classes. We will encourage you, while pushing you. If you are new to it, we will help you learn the steps to master some of the most glamorous poses in yoga. If you are an advanced practitioner, we will guide you to new heights.

    Key benefits: Stamina, grace, flexibility and strength. Learn to use the body to deepened awareness, meditation, lack of ego. Take your practice to new heights.

    The Fix

    (50 minutes)

    The condensed version of everything with some added surprises. This is a super-charged 50-minutes designed to get you fitter faster.

    This 50-minute class whips you into shape faster than you can say ‘Namaste’. For the motivated person on a tight schedule, this is an effective no-frills yoga class combining cardiovascular sweat-inducing poses, strength, flexibility, body sculpting, and stress-release through breath and relaxation. Do it in your lunch hour, or on your way home from work and your energy levels will soar. Thirty minutes standing, twenty minutes floor work to leave you revitalised and raring to go.

    WILD

    (60 minutes)

    WILD is a new cardio-yoga class that bridges the gap between conventional gym workouts and yoga. WILD combines Kundalini Yoga, Barre, resistance stretching, HIIT and Super Slow training to strengthen and sculpt every inch of your body. Get strong and fit in this high energy, fast-paced class. Key benefits: builds stamina, core power and strength, along with yogic breathing to help oxygenate the entire body and purify and balance the nervous system. increases mobility and burns serious calories whilst sculpting every inch of your body

    S.O.B.

    75 minutes

    A modified Fix class for beginners, injured, stiff, really unfit. A great beginners class, there is more time to understand how to work safely and effectively, get to know the poses, learn modifications and ask questions. We will show you how to modify for your needs, and there is more time for questions and modifications. It will allow you to enter an FG class or a Classic and know what to do for you. We will help set you o your path to do the other classes with understanding of your physical issues. Key benefits: Learn to safely work with your injury or body type, prevent aggravation of injuries, start the healing process, learn that your injury need not stop you doing yoga.

    The Fly

    (60 minutes)

    A one hour class with energetic flows and the secrets to arm balancing: building upper body strength, balance and focus. Learn the alignment protocols of inversions and arm balancing, and turn yourself upside down, get fit and enjoy new challenges.

Tips

Never been to any of our studios?

You will need:

  • 2 towels – one to practise on and one to shower with. We can supply them for £1.50 each
  • We supply bottled water at £1.50 per bottle
  • We supply yoga mats at a cost of £1

Tips: 

  • Come to class hydrated. Drink 1.5 litres of water 2 hours before class.
  • We advise you not to eat much in the 2 hours before class.
  • Sit down whenever you feel like it and take it easy at the start.
  • Tell the teacher before class if you have any injuries. Never work into pain.
  • You may feel a bit dizzy in the first 20 minutes. That’s normal. Sit down and breathe through your nose. Drink more water next time.
  • Don’t wear bulky clothing, it gets in the way.
